About The Director
Dr. Ntavhanyeni Sampie Phaswana
Dr. Phaswana is an experienced educator, community leader, and socio-educational specialist with nearly four decades of professional experience in education, leadership, counselling, and community development. He holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Doctor of Literature and Philosophy from the University of South Africa.
Throughout his career, Dr. Phaswana has served as a teacher, lecturer, school principal, education specialist, and Circuit Manager within the Limpopo Department of Education. His work extends beyond education into leadership development, HIV/AIDS awareness, marital counselling, youth support, and workplace wellness initiatives.
As the Director of Rooivalk Socio Educational Consultancy, he works alongside experienced specialists to deliver impactful programmes focused on empowerment, emotional wellness, leadership development, and sustainable community transformation. Dr. Phaswana is also a published author, public speaker, and advocate for youth and community upliftment.
